What Schools Are Getting Gaggle?

The Chief Information Office wants to provide Gaggle to any school that demonstrates a need for the service. The following schools have been recognized as demonstrating a need and will receive Gaggle at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.
  • Innovation For Transformation Grant winning schools. CMS employees can see a list of grant winning schools here.
  • BYOT Pilot Schools (To Be Determined Fall 2012)

How Does My School Get Gaggle?

If your school is not an i4T grant winning school and not a BYOT pilot, you can still request access to Gaggle for teachers and students. It is important that schools demonstrate a need for Gaggle. Please complete this form and ask your principal to email it to Susan Goeldner.

What Questions Are on the Gaggle Request From?

The Gaggle request form must be submitted by your principal to be considered. However, several people should be included in the writing and planning for implementing Gaggle at your school. The questions on the form include:
  • Will the majority of your school's teachers implement Gaggle (give estimated percentage)?
  • Who will be assigned your Gaggle Contact person?
  • What is your plan for utilizing Gaggle at your school for teachers and students?
  • How will you measure if Gaggle is successful at your school? This measure should correlate with the percentage of teachers implementing Gaggle.
